As consumers it is often difficult to learn about and take action on adverse issues we face. As patients we don't know where to turn or issues to be aware of until it is too late.
OKWatchdog educates and provides tools to citizens, advocating for the rights and safety of consumers and patients. OKWatchdog is engaged in raising public awareness and fostering communication on issues, policies and legislation that threaten consumer or patient safety.
OKWatchdog's mission is to produce and disseminate timely and informative analysis and information on policy issues that affect consumers' lives in the marketplace and workplace. OKWatchdog empowers individuals to make informed health care choices, seeks to enhance quality of service in hospitals, and teaches Oklahomans to become patient advocates.
OKWatchdog is an incorporated 501(c)3 nonprofit organization funded by private donations from concerned citizens. OKWatchdog is nonpartisan and hopes to inspire discussion on both sides of the political landscape as to how we as a state and country better govern ourselves. OKWatchdog does not endorse candidates and is issue-oriented.
Our goal to ask big questions that lead to big solutions.
